Anti Odour helps reduce unpleasant smell and emission intensity, improving shop-floor air quality while maintaining compound performance.
Natural rubber reclaim can release strong and persistent odor during high-temperature processing. Anti Odour assists in minimizing these emissions, making the production environment more comfortable and manageable.
EPDM reclaim materials may generate hydrocarbon-based odor during processing. Anti Odour supports effective odor control without interfering with standard compounding systems.
Anti Odour is a specially formulated white powder additive developed to control unpleasant odor generated during reclaim rubber and tyre compound processing.
In reclaim-based compounds, strong smell can develop during mixing, milling, and curing due to residual oils, recycled rubber content, and processing chemicals. Anti Odour is designed to reduce this odor at the source, helping manufacturers maintain better shop-floor conditions while ensuring smooth and stable processing.
The product is easy to incorporate into standard rubber compounding systems and is suitable for use with NR, EPDM, Butyl and other reclaim-based formulations. It offers good thermal stability during heating and does not adversely affect compound performance when used as recommended.
